By accessing or using the ByRyde Driver application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
To use ByRyde as a driver, you must: be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, maintain valid auto insurance, pass a background check, and own or have access to a qualifying vehicle.
As a driver, you agree to: provide safe and reliable transportation, maintain your vehicle in good condition, follow all traffic laws, treat riders with respect, and maintain the minimum required rating.
Drivers receive 70% of each fare. Payments are processed weekly or instantly (1.5% fee applies). Tips are 100% yours.
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees. You control your schedule and may use other platforms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, low ratings, safety concerns, or fraudulent activity.
ByRyde is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
